Nash is building a unified, AI-powered GTM platform that connects the CRM, enrichment, engagement, and outbound agents. We are hiring a GTM Engineer to run the motion, turn data into a reliable engine, and scale the pipeline and revenue.

You will own the account context layer, build integrations, and ensure the system stays current and accurate across the stack. Join a fast-growing, AI-native logistics platform.

Qualifications

• A go-to-market record: outbound, paid, ABM or lifecycle programs with the pipeline they produced.
• Shipped and running software: a service or pipeline in production that others depended on.
• Outband that scales with buyer changes and response data.
• Paid media budgets and audience-building experience.
• Hands-on AI in GTM systems: agents, LLM automation, and evals.
• Fluency in Python or TypeScript and daily work with Claude Code or Cursor.
• Integration experience: API, auth, rate limits, sync direction and failure modes.
• Salesforce developer experience: data model, API, Apex, or strong potential to pick up quickly.
• Data fluency: SQL and data warehouse concepts.
• Ability to turn vague requests into scoped work and explain tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the AI agents across the GTM motion from design to evals and rollout.
• Create infrastructure to run paid and ABM as one system with CRM-derived audiences.
• Own the account context layer: entity resolution, provenance, and segment rules.
• Make GTM OS capabilities available inside sales and marketing tools.
• Own sending infrastructure and deliverability: domain strategy and reputation.
• Ensure production readiness with evals, observability, and auditability.
• Measure impact: pipeline, meetings, revenue, and cost per account worked.
