Job summary

Nash is hiring a GTM Engineer to run the go-to-market motion and build the AI agents and data layer it depends on. You will turn Nash GTM OS into a single reliable engine that produces pipeline, keeps the production bar high, and decides what to do next based on results.

Lead account context, integrations, and deliverability while enabling sales and marketing to use the tools they rely on. This role emphasizes hands-on AI, data quality, and measurable outcomes across pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Go-to-market programs you ran (outbound, paid, ABM or lifecycle).
• A service or pipeline in production that others depended on.
• Outbound sequences tied to buyer signals with measurable reply rates.

Responsibilities

• Build and run AI agents across GTM motion: research, qualification, message construction, routing, reply handling.
• Create infrastructure to run paid and ABM as one system with CRM-derived audiences and campaign rules.
• Own the account context layer: entity resolution, freshness, provenance, and market rules.
• Extend GTM OS capabilities to sales/marketing tools.
• Own CRM data model, routing logic, integrations, and automations to keep stack current.
• Manage sending infrastructure, deliverability, and sender reputation.
• Maintain production bar: evals, observability, permissions, auditability.
• Be measured on pipeline, revenue, and cost per account worked; data quality matters.
