Job summary

CaptivateIQ is seeking a GTM Engineer in the United States to design, build, and maintain agentic GTM motions that generate scalable pipeline. You will work with Sales and Marketing ops to deploy agents that book meetings and drive pipeline while building a shared knowledge layer that powers every GTM agent across the team.

This builder role emphasizes learning velocity, experimentation, and shipping clever automations in a rapidly evolving AI-driven GTM landscape.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated projects using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) or similar martech tools.
• Domain experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to instrument experiments, read results, and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences with agentic workflows that personalize at scale.
• Work with marketing and GTM teams to generate pipeline from agentic motions end to end: prospecting logic, enrichment, sequencing, measurement.
• Build and maintain a shared system of context for agents used across Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.
