CaptivateIQ, Inc. is hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build, and maintain agentic GTM motions that generate pipeline at scale. You will deploy agents that book meetings and create context across the team, collaborating with Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.

Qualifications

• Proven projects using AI coding agents and martech tools to build agentic solutions.
• Domain experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to instrument experiments and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written communication for templates, prompts, and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences with agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to generate pipeline end to end.
• Build and maintain shared context system for agents across org.
• Deploy automations to increase BDR/AE effectiveness.
• Instrument and report on sequence performance and translate into an experimentation roadmap.
• Align agentic motions with target segments and buyer journey.
• Evaluate and maintain tech stack (Clay, coding agents, enrichment, sequences).
