Job summary

CaptivateIQ, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and maintain agentic GTM motions that generate pipeline at scale in the US. You’ll deploy agents that book meetings and generate pipeline while building a shared knowledge layer to power every GTM agent across the team.

Ideal candidates ship, measure, and iterate in a nascent field, with a bias for learning velocity and growth. Strong coding and data instincts are essential for success in a rapidly evolving AI-driven GTM landscape.

Qualifications

• You've vibe-coded something interesting.
• Projects using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), Clay, or similar martech tools to build agentic solutions.
• Domain experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to instrument experiments, read results, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written communication: authoring templates, prompts, and frameworks for agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences with agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM to generate pipeline end-to-end: prospecting logic, enrichment, sequencing, measurement.
• Build and maintain a shared context system powering agents used by Marketing, BDRs, and AEs.
• Deploy automations that multiply BDR and AE effectiveness: auto-research, meeting prep, call briefings, follow-ups.
• Instrument and report on sequence performance to drive experimentation and improvement.
• Align agentic motions with campaigns and buyer journey; ensure automated outreach complements human efforts.
