Qualifications

• Demonstrate you’ve built something with AI coding agents and share results.
• Show projects using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and martech tools to build agentic workflows.
• Have domain experience in GTM Engineering, Sales/Marketing Ops or Revenue Operations with hands-on automation.
• Be data-driven: instrument experiments, read results, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written communication; you will author templates, prompts, and frameworks used by agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated outbound sequences with agentic workflows at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to generate pipeline end-to-end: prospecting logic, enrichment, sequencing, measurement, and improvement.
• Create and maintain a shared context system used by Marketing, BDRs, and AEs across the org.
• Deploy automations that boost BDR and AE effectiveness: auto-research, meeting prep, call briefings, and follow-up workflows.
• Instrument and report on sequence performance: open, reply, meeting set rates; translate metrics into an experimentation roadmap.
• Align agentic motions with target segments, campaigns, and the buyer journey; balance automated outreach with human-led efforts.
• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain the tech stack (Clay, coding agents, enrichment providers, sequence platforms) for scalable GTM.
