Job summary

Scribe is seeking a role to own how every AE, BDR, CSM, and SE perform day-to-day. You will map workflows, redesign broken processes, and build the tooling layer to support onboarding and adoption across GTM teams.

You will lead onboarding cohorts, train field reps, and ensure changes are adopted across pricing, packaging, and tooling. This is a hybrid role with remote US options and equity in the company.

Qualifications

• Acted as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company
• Look at a broken workflow and design and spec the fix instead of documenting the as-is mess
• Brief a systems team precisely in Salesforce or adjacent GTM systems without building the platform yourself
• Led onboarding cohorts end to end, coordinating contributors across teams
• Capable of running training sessions and office hours for large groups of field reps
• Daily use of AI-native tools and dogfooding of the product as part of the role

Responsibilities

• Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for every GTM role — AE, BDR, CSM, SE, and their managers
• Design the task, queue, and report experience to make the workflow real and consistent across pods
• Build the manager inspection layer so leaders can check adoption on a defined cadence
• Participate in new-hire onboarding cohorts, owning logins, systems training, and first workflows
• Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, process, or tooling shifts
• Re-architect broken workflows and specify fixes for GTM Systems to implement
• Run the front line of user support and the case queue to identify where reps get stuck
