Job summary

Scribe is building a new GTM enablement team and seeks a GTM Productivity Lead to own onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing role. You will design, run, and measure the program with minimal playbooks, collaborating with RevOps, Marketing, People, and leadership to ensure fast adoption and impact.

You will build and refine curriculum from scratch, drive data-informed improvements, and report insights to management.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in enablement, onboarding, or productivity programs for sales/revenue teams.
• Startup/B2B SaaS experience preferred; ability to move fast in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Build role-based onboarding and ramp programs to reach full productivity quickly.
• Lead end-to-end productivity motion from ideation to rollout and iteration.
• Define baseline metrics, goals, and track progress per role.
