Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead (Legal & Field Ops) to own go-to-market operations for a product line, partnering with Legal, Pricing, Product, and Rev Ops. This remote-first role focuses on translating strategic inputs into executable field processes for CSMs, AEs, and TAMs.

You will build tools and playbooks, manage the AI contract dashboard, and analyze launch adoption and risks, while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations.
• Proven track record owning a go-to-market motion or customer-facing initiative end to end.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.
• Ability to translate product and pricing strategy into practical field-ready execution.
• Strong analytical instincts using adoption and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing on strategic initiatives — segmenting potential customers and managing the legal and pricing operations.
• Turn inputs from cross-functional stakeholders into an executable process.
• Manage Aff irm’s AI contract dashboard for field teams to understand eligibility for product initiatives.
• Build and maintain tools and playbooks for strategic initiatives, including contract renewal planning and pricing standardization.
• Navigate differing perspectives on launches — executive rationale, customer value, and field analysis.
• Synthesize field feedback into recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze performance data to identify launch stalls and flag risks early.
