Job summary

Scribe is seeking a GTM Productivity Lead in San Francisco to build and own onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing role. You will design, run, and report on a fast-paced enablement program with no playbook to inherit.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, People, and leadership to close skill gaps and drive adoption. Equity and remote options add to the growth opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in enablement with onboarding, ramp, or productivity programs for sales or revenue teams.
• Strong curriculum design and instructional facilitation experience.
• Fluent sales knowledge and ability to speak credibly with reps and managers.
• AI-savvy with hands-on use of enablement tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and own onboarding and ramp for every GTM role in the customer org.
• Run the productivity motion from ideation through full rollout and iteration.
• Define baseline metrics, goals, and track progress for each role.
• Stand up onboarding and ramp reporting and deliver insights to managers.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, People and managers to close skill gaps.
• continually improve the program as the team grows.
