The role emphasizes pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and governance across CRM and reporting, with a hands-on leadership approach and collaboration with Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Ops in SaaS/DaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design and scale SalesTech & MarTech ecosystems.
• Deep experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on in automation and AI-driven insights across revenue operations.
