Job summary

OpenGov seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI-driven revenue workflows across SDR, AE, and CSM teams. You will own in-house revenue systems, design AI-powered signals, and partner with RevOps to align with GTM goals.

Expect emphasis on problem discovery, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering end-to-end solutions from data sources to seller actions that move pipeline and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 4–7 years in technical product management or GTM ops.
• Proven experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Production experience building and operating agents and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-native signal-to-action layer for Sales and build SDR/AE/CSM workflows.
• Design human oversight gates for all shipped agents.
• Map and redesign seller workflows with an AI-native lens.
• Do GTM engineering connecting revenue systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).
• Partner with AI platform, systems, and data engineers as needed.
• Drive adoption and change management for built tools.
• Maintain a living AI initiatives roadmap across Sales.
