Job summary

Lean Layer LLC is expanding its RevOps consulting team and seeking a seasoned GTM specialist to design, build, and optimize how clients manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and run sales organizations.

The ideal candidate will work directly with CROs and sales leaders, implement Salesforce-based workflows, and drive cadences across multiple client environments. This role offers hands-on consulting across diverse B2B accounts and opportunities to shape Lean Layer's GTM practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with pipeline management, forecasting, and cadence expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes, forecasting systems, and pipeline workflows in B2B.
• Advanced Salesforce experience: flows, reports, dashboards, CRM configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales processes, opportunity stages, and pipeline management workflows.
• Configure Salesforce or HubSpot to support opportunity management and data capture.
• Build automated workflows to flag stalled opportunities and drive follow-up actions.
• Lead with sales leaders to improve pipeline inspection, deal management, and process adoption.
• Design forecasting processes, rollups, and management reporting.
