Lean Layer LLC is seeking an experienced GTM Specialist to design, build, and automate demand orchestration and outbound prospecting for client initiatives. You will connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and modern GTM tools to deliver scalable solutions across multiple client projects.

This consultative, hands-on role requires translating business needs into actionable workflows, guiding technology choices, and personally implementing the solutions from design to launch.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on GTM or RevOps experience
• Proven lead management, routing, enrichment, and outbound automation
• Strong Salesforce and HubSpot experience with CRM configuration
• Advanced Clay experience with enrichment waterfalls and AI columns
• Experience with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or similar tools
• Experience with LeanData, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, 6sense or UserGems
• API/webhooks and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make
• Ability to explain technical decisions and manage implementations

Aufgaben

• Design and implement lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, qualification, and sales handoff processes
• Build outbound and prospecting infrastructure with data sourcing, enrichment, and CRM integrations
• Implement and connect sales engagement platforms, prospecting tools, and buying signal providers
• Build workflows that automate lead and account qualification, prospecting, routing, and follow-up
• Use AI agents and automation to replace repetitive sales and marketing work
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot integrations, and improve data quality and reliability
• Work directly with clients to understand GTM processes and business requirements
• Train client teams to operate and maintain the systems you build
