Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise GTM systems like Salesforce, CPQ, ERP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational and commercial feasibility of new GTM initiatives.
• Own assigned workstreams within cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate requirements into scalable process and system specs.
• Design and maintain repositories of key business decisions and policies.
• Create detailed process maps and SOPs for workflows and policies.
• Analyze support tickets to identify root causes and efficiencies.
• Serve as SME in opportunity lifecycle and quoting processes.
• Build training collateral and facilitate workshops for adoption.
• Develop reports tracking process adherence and data quality.
• Identify and pilot automation/AI to reduce manual effort.
