Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst on the GTM Business Excellence team to shape go-to-market motions at scale. You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, partner with Enterprise Systems, and translate complex challenges into durable policies across Direct and Channel sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or related roles in a SaaS/high-growth environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP) and translating business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and Center of Excellence operating models.
• Strong understanding of commercial policies, business rules, and process optimization.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IS, or related field.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel sales, lead-to-cash, and incentive programs; Tableau or SQL knowledge; Lean/Six Sigma or PMP = a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream go-to-market initiatives end-to-end across Direct and Channel sales with clear governance and timelines.
• Drive operational and commercial feasibility assessments for new initiatives and coordinate cross-functional adjustments.
• Serve as liaison between GTM Business Excellence and Enterprise Systems, owning requirements quality through UAT and delivery.
• Design and improve governance framework including decision rights, review cadences, and change management.
• Lead COE operating rhythm for Opportunity Lifecycle Management and Quoting with dashboards and metrics.
• Use data to identify systemic root causes and drive durable fixes with Sales, Channel, and Deal Desk leadership.
• Mentor team members and lead AI/automation integration into workflows with standards and impact measurement.
