Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst on the GTM Business Excellence team to shape scalable go-to-market policies and drive consistency across Direct and Channel sales. You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, partner with Enterprise Systems, and surface root causes using data to reduce recurring workarounds.

You will mentor others, integrate AI into workflows, and influence senior stakeholders through clear, data-driven recommendations in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or related strategic planning roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP) and translating business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Experience designing governance frameworks, decision rights (RACI), or Center of Excellence operating models.
• Strong understanding of commercial policies, business rules, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to present structured recommendations to senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel sales models; working knowledge of Tableau or SQL; Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream go-to-market initiatives end-to-end across Direct and Channel sales.
• Drive operational and commercial feasibility assessments for new initiatives and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
• Serve as liaison between GTM Business Excellence and Enterprise Systems, owning requirements through UAT and delivery.
• Design governance framework with RACI, cadences, documentation standards, and change management.
• Lead COE operating rhythm for Opportunity Lifecycle Management and Quoting with dashboards and metrics.
• Use data to surface root causes and drive durable fixes with Sales, Channel, and Deal Desk leadership.
• Mentor team members on structured problem-solving and integrate AI/automation into workflows.
