Job summary

Sunday's US GTM team is the field-facing operational arm of our go-to-market organization. As GTM Operations Manager, you’ll own top-of-funnel operations, drive reporting deployment across the field, and provide hands-on support on core strategic initiatives: territory management, capacity planning, and target setting.

You will be based either in Atlanta (GA), NYC or Los Angeles (CA). Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for ad hoc querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Metabase or a comparable BI tool.
• Familiarity with top-of-funnel tools like Outreach, Nooks, or Weflow.
• Strong cross-functional communication to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Process-oriented and comfortable operating in ambiguity as teams scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the top-of-funnel GTM operations and build Salesforce dashboards.
• Stand up top-of-funnel insights in partnership with RevOps.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Metabase; run recurring performance reporting cadences.
• Handle ad hoc SQL, Salesforce, and Metabase queries; maintain data hygiene across reporting systems.
• Support territory data pulls, mapping, capacity planning models, and target-setting processes.
• Own tooling optimization and adoption for the GTM team: evaluate and roll out sales tech (Outreach, Nooks, Weflow).
• Partner with Enablement and RevOps on tooling decisions and rollouts; identify friction points.
