Job summary

Sunday is hiring a GTM Operations Manager to own the top-of-funnel operations, drive reporting across the field, and support territory and capacity planning. You will partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Enablement to bring structure to a scaling GTM organization. This is a high-visibility role based in Atlanta, NYC, or Los Angeles.

You will build dashboards, run data-driven insights, and optimize the GTM stack with Outreach, Nooks, and Weflow while collaborating closely with RevOps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in GTM, Revenue, or Sales Operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for ad hoc analysis.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with top-of-funnel tooling like Outreach, Nooks, Weflow.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel operational health: build Salesforce dashboards and advise SDR/Marketing on data and processes.
• Stand up top-of-funnel insights with RevOps collaboration.
• Build/maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Metabase; lead recurring performance reporting cadences.
• Handle ad hoc queries in SQL, Salesforce, and Metabase; ensure data hygiene across systems.
• Support GTM strategy: territory data, capacity planning, quota and target-setting.
• Lead tooling optimization for GTM stack and drive adoption of Outreach, Nooks, Weflow.
• Collaborate with Enablement and RevOps on tooling decisions; address friction points.
