Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst in Salem, OR, to shape how our go-to-market motions operate at scale. You will translate complex commercial challenges into durable policy, leading multi-workstream initiatives across Direct and Channel sales.

With 8+ years in SaaS operations and strong executive communication, you will partner with Enterprise Systems, design governance, and deliver scalable solutions. This hybrid role offers growth in a fast-paced, global company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or related strategic planning roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel sales models, lead-to-cash operations, and partner incentive programs; working knowledge of Tableau or SQL; Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream go-to-market initiatives end-to-end across Direct and Channel sales, establishing governance, ownership, and timelines.
• Synthesize process, system, policy, and downstream impacts into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments for new initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the liaison between GTM Business Excellence and Enterprise Systems through UAT and delivery.
• Design and improve the governance framework, including RACI and change management.
• Lead the COE operating rhythm for Opportunity Lifecycle Management and Quoting with dashboards and metrics.
• Identify systemic root causes through data and partner with leadership to drive durable fixes.
