Job summary

Gambit Security in New York is seeking a GTM Operations & Enablement Specialist to build the GTM engine and structured enablement programs. You will manage Salesforce configuration, dashboards, forecasting, and data governance to support fast ramp and reliable pipeline health.

This hybrid role combines hands-on GTM operations with scalable enablement, translation of expert knowledge into repeatable programs, and the creation of field-ready materials and ramp plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning Sales/GTM or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and object/field design.
• Experience supporting go-to-market planning cycles and quota tracking.
• Proven ability to build GTM dashboards and pipeline metrics.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM processes, lead routing, and data capture.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and configuration across the GTM tech stack (CRM, data hygiene).
• Build and maintain dashboards and forecasting for pipeline health and velocity.
• Document GTM processes and SOPs to enable repeatable onboarding.
• Lead data extraction and ad hoc reporting for sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Own and improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and cross-team handoffs.
• Partner to build structured enablement and ramp programs with KPIs.
