Job summary

Datadog seeks a Director of GTM Enablement Operations to build the operating model, governance, and cadence enabling scalable enablement programs. You will lead the Operations and Systems & Analytics teams, delivering analytics, dashboards, and process excellence across the organization.

You will drive enterprise initiatives (SKO, TSKO, launches) and shape AI-enabled workflows, platforms, and governance to maximize business impact and learning across sales, technical solutions, and customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Operations, Enablement Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar in a high-growth SaaS org.
• Experience building operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the operating model for GTM Enablement & Business Value.
• Lead Systems & Analytics for enablement tech, learning systems, content management, reporting, and automation.
• Develop an operational measurement framework with dashboards and reporting.
• Lead enterprise program operations for SKO/TSKO and other initiatives.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows and governance across the org.
