Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. invites a Director for Microsoft Cloud & AI Alliances to drive the alliance, incentives, and roadmap with cross-functional teams globally. You will manage executive reviews, enable centers of excellence, and accelerate Copilot/agent initiatives.

The role requires deep Microsoft channel experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to align engineering, sales, and finance toward a common roadmap across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology industry.
• 5+ years leadership in direct supervisory role.
• 5+ years working with channel partners.
• International experience executing through local markets; regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft alliance relationship and executive cadence globally.
• Stand up three Centers of Excellence with owners and funded plans.
• Deliver Copilot and agent growth plans with measurable outcomes.
• Grow share under evolving partner funding models and ensure alignment with incentives.
• Own the Microsoft roadmap delivery with the platform organization.
