Job summary

Ingram Micro, a global technology distributor, seeks a Director to lead the Microsoft alliance, align incentives, and drive a joint growth roadmap. You will establish three Centers of Excellence—Agent Factory, Copilot & Agent Services, SMB Offers—and manage cross-functional execution with senior Microsoft leadership.

You will guide global governance, partner programs, and the transition from cloud resale toward AI-enabled offers, working with sales, platform, and finance teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology industry.
• 5+ years leadership in a direct supervisory role and 5+ years working with channel partners.
• International travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft alliance relationship and executive cadence on a global basis.
• Stand up three Centers of Excellence (Agent Factory, Copilot and Agent Services, and SMB Offers).
• Deliver the Copilot and agent growth plan against joint targets and align incentives.
• Grow Ingram Micro's share under Microsoft's partner funding model.
• Own the Microsoft roadmap and its delivery with the platform organization.
• Run Microsoft partner programs at channel scale through Ingram Micro's partner enablement program.
• Partner with the Forward-Deployed Engineering practice on Microsoft-native solutions.
• Lead data sharing with Microsoft, including two-way data exchange and joint governance.
• Lead a high-performing team of Practice Leads, a Technical Services Lead, Solutions GTM Lead, and Operations Programs Manager.
