Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology industry with at least 5+ years in leadership.
• International experience with regular travel.
• Experience operating vendor programs, incentives, and joint targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft alliance relationship and executive cadence globally.
• Stand up three Centers of Excellence with named owners and funded plans.
• Deliver Copilot and agent growth plans against joint targets.
• Grow Ingram Micro's share by converting program funding into partner capability.
• Own the Microsoft roadmap delivery with the platform organization.
• Run Microsoft partner programs at channel scale via enablement programs.
