Job summary

Luxury Presence, an Austin-based AI-powered growth platform for real estate, seeks an experienced HR partner to align GTM leadership with people strategies. You will manage employee relations, coach managers, and use data to drive decisions.

The role includes in-person onboarding in Austin, performance management, and offboarding with discretion. You will own onboarding for GTM teams, track workforce metrics, and partner with the office manager to cultivate Austin culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, ideally as an HR business partner or generalist supporting GTM teams at a tech startup or high-growth company.
• A commanding presence. Employees trust you and sales leaders respect you.
• Experience handling employee relations independently, including performance management, investigations, and sensitive cases.
• The credibility to coach and challenge managers and leaders, and the confidence to hold your ground.
• Comfort in a fast, target-driven environment, and an understanding of how sales and customer success teams work.
• Data fluency. You build the report, spot the trend, and tell leaders what to do about it.
• Working knowledge of HR policy and employment compliance.
• HRIS experience, with Rippling a plus.
• Sound judgment on when to decide and when to escape

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to advise on hiring, ramp, performance, team structure, and retention.
• Coach managers through hard conversations and manage documentation from intake to resolution.
• Improve manager effectiveness using performance data and feedback loops.
• Support performance plans and exits with careful planning and in-person offboarding in Austin.
• Own onboarding for go-to-market teams and ensure a fast ramp and sense of belonging.
• Track attrition, ramp, and manager effectiveness to present actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with the office manager to foster Austin culture and programs.
• Leverage automation and AI to streamline processes and reduce repetitive work
