Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our Client Success team in Scottsdale or Austin. You will own onboarding and client-support reqs from kickoff through offer, source candidates, screen, and drive the process.

You'll partner with a senior recruiter on more advanced searches, learning full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment and being measured by real results, not effort. This hybrid role offers hands-on ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years in recruiting or related roles.
• Ability to handle high-volume conversations.
• Clear, concise writing for outreach.
• Experience with an ATS or CRM; Lever preferred.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and client-support searches end to end.
• Close 5–6 reqs per month within 30 days.
• Source and screen to keep a full funnel.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on closes.
