Talkdesk seeks a Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational health and talent strategy for the GTM organization, with emphasis on Sales and Marketing. You will partner with VP-and-below leaders regionally to align people initiatives with aggressive revenue targets and scale a high-performing, agile commercial team.

The role demands extensive experience in GTM HR, capability to act as a change agent for AI-enabled workflows, and strong coaching and advisory skills in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR/People Business Partner experience in Sales/Marketing or GTM.
• Experience partnering with VP-level leaders in a matrixed org.
• Knowledge of sales compensation, incentive design, and org design.
• Experience with AI-driven transformation in GTM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• GTM advisory: partner with AMER Sales and Marketing leaders to advise on org design and capacity planning.
• Commercial org design: optimize territory coverage, spans of control, and team structures.
• Incentive & compensation strategy: collaborate on sales comp structures and merit cycles.
• Talent pipelines: collaborate with Recruiting to plan headcount and attract top GTM talent.
