Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll partner with GTM leaders to drive people programs and address ambiguous, high-impact people challenges.

You will coach managers, shape compensation understanding for GTM roles, and help scale our people processes as the company grows. This is a hands-on, high-touch role in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with GTM focus.
• Ability to speak GTM language with leaders, not HR jargon.
• Experience partnering with all management levels, from VP+ to frontline managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded strategic advisor to GTM leadership with deep business context.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities, prioritizing high-leverage problems.
• Provide hands-on coaching to managers and leaders for fast ramp and leadership growth.
• Help leaders hire well, set expectations, and navigate org changes with clarity.
• Design and drive a GTM-focused new hire onboarding experience for rapid ramp.
