Job summary

FLORA is seeking a GTM & Operations hire to build and scale FLORA’s go-to-market engine. You’ll operate at the cross-functional center of our GTM motion—building the systems that drive high-leverage distribution and growth, and ensuring every user, partner, and prospect experiences the full value of FLORA.

This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and thrives when they’re the one pushing things across the finish line.

Qualifications

• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to scale GTM and operations in a fast-paced startup.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across GTM, Sales, Marketing, Operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High sense of urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Take new GTM initiatives from 0 to 1: ship a v1, pilot it, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Bring new ideas to drive growth and identify market fit and differentiation.
• Community activation: build and nurture FLORA’s community across creators and users.
• Scale existing initiatives by coordinating GTM, Sales, and Marketing to maximize impact.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product; build workflows and automations.
