Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own GTM forecasting, revenue modeling, and strategic planning. You will partner with Analytics, Revenue Accounting, and GTM leadership to shape forecasting for subscription and usage-based revenue.

This hybrid role is based in Denver, CO, with in-person collaboration two days a week. You’ll drive forward-looking planning, build scalable forecasting infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights to executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or revenue finance with focus on forecasting.
• Strong modeling skills with auditable, driver-based approaches.
• Experience with usage-based pricing models is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Modeling & Forecasting: own GAAP revenue and ARR forecasts across subscriptions and usage-based streams.
• Usage-Based Revenue: forecast consumption revenue including overage and churn effects.
• Business Partnering: advise COO, CFO, and Analytics to improve efficiency and growth.
• Strategic Decision Support: quantify revenue impacts of risks and opportunities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: lead annual planning and monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Performance Analysis: own NRR, ARPA, and cohort trends dashboards.
• Forecast & Reporting Infrastructure: automate data pulls using SQL/Python and AI tools.
• Executive Reporting: deliver executive-ready reports and narratives.
