Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager to bridge marketing strategy and performance analytics. You’ll influence where to invest, set targets with Finance, and optimize revenue yield from demand across GTM channels. The role blends data, planning, and executive storytelling, with hybrid work in multiple offices.

You’ll own ROI analysis, segmentation, and pipeline models, collaborating with product, sales, and analytics teams to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or BI within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver data-backed recommendations.
• Comfort with senior stakeholders and fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly target setting for Growth marketing, including channel-level targets and budget allocation.
• Support annual budgeting and re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix.
• Own marketing ROI analysis: CAC, cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and ratios.
• Develop segment and region views of marketing performance for resource allocation.
• Design and maintain models to quantify impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey.
• Lead executive reporting and cross-functional alignment with ICP across product, sales, and marketing.
