Job summary

Plaid is seeking an experienced Finance leader to join the Strategic Finance team in Seattle. The role focuses on driving forecasting, designing analytical frameworks, and providing leadership with insights on performance and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with intellectual curiosity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A processes including month-end reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Board reporting.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders by providing actionable financial insights and evaluating investments for growth.
• Develop scalable systems, processes, and tools for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, Revenue Ops, Sales, and Accounting on GTM KPIs, capacity planning, and allocations.
