Job summary

Iru is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead systems that power revenue, pricing, partners, and billing. You will own the end-to-end quote-to-cash stack, including CPQ, HubSpot, and Stripe, while mentoring a team of GTM engineers and delivering high-impact projects.

As an engineer-first leader, you will drive automation, establish strong engineering standards, and partner with Finance, R&D, and Deal Desk to ensure data integrity and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software and 2+ years leading engineers
• Experience building business systems: CRM, CPQ, and billing integrations (Salesforce/SFDC) is a plus
• Strong coding, testing, CI, and release discipline
• Stripe Billing or equivalent billing platform expertise

Responsibilities

• Own quote to subscription across CPQ, HubSpot, and Stripe; ensure accuracy from contract to billing
• Own GTM data architecture, data quality, and data flows across teams
• Build AI-enabled automation and internal tools to reduce operational toil
• Set engineering standards: code reviews, testing, CI, monitoring, security
• Lead and grow GTM engineers; manage projects end-to-end
• Hands-on delivery of critical projects from design to production
• Collaborate with Finance, R&D, GTM Ops, and Deal Desk to align systems
