Job summary

Rogo is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to build and own the systems layer behind its revenue engine. This role goes beyond a typical Salesforce admin; you will rethink GTM tooling and own quote-to-cash, CPQ, contracts, and the customer lifecycle, with a safety-first approach to data and AI capabilities.

You’ll own end-to-end Salesforce implementations and integrations with Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, and more, collaborating with RevOps, Sales, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning GTM systems in a revenue organization.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin with revenue lifecycle experience.
• Experience with CPQ, quote-to-cash, contracts and entitlements.
• Recent AI/LLM experience in GTM systems.
• Ability to read/write Apex/Lightning and validate code.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for pipelines.
• Strong written communication to explain systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce end-to-end and the surrounding GTM stack.
• Architect integrations and manage APIs and access patterns.
• Own CPQ, contracts, entitlements, and renewals in the system.
• Build AI-powered GTM features and agent tooling.
• Ensure data quality, reporting, and governance across GTM data.
