Fireworks AI is seeking a senior leader to own the GTM engineering stack and drive the AI-powered go-to-market roadmap. You will architect the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ tooling, enrichment, and engagement systems, enabling rapid, scalable revenue operations across BDRs, AEs, SAs, and managers.

The role emphasizes hands-on architectural decisions, fast shipping, and a high standard for quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Ops at B2B companies.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Deep Salesforce data model, automation, and integrations.
• Built or rebuilt quoting/CPQ workflows at scale.
• Experience delivering automation that sales reps actually use.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack and architecture decisions to scale from 50 to 300+ team members.
• Design and deliver a durable quoting and lead-to-revenue architecture (Salesforce CPQ or custom tool).
• Build agentic GTM workflows and AI-assisted sales insights.
• Lead and scale the GTM engineering team, defining standards and career paths.
