Fireworks AI is seeking a strategic and hands-on GTM Recruiting team member on a contract-to-hire basis to own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles including Sales, Marketing and Partnerships. You will partner closely with GTM leaders to build world-class teams that can take Fireworks' platform to market.

This role focuses on shaping how an AI-native company hires, leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to create intelligent talent acquisition that scales with growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships).
• Ability to partner with founders and GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to move with urgency while maintaining high quality.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle GTM recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers and executives to understand business needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage high-caliber GTM talent through direct outreach and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and other People functions to align on role design and market benchmarks.
• Champion AI-native recruiting practices and optimize recruiting operations for scalability and inclusion.
