Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to help scale GTM Enablement within the Revenue Operations team. You’ll own two flagship initiatives—turning knowledge into a data product and industrializing the internal GTM Tutor App—while also delivering live enablement sessions and cross-functional programs.

You’ll pair content development with AI fluency, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to create assets, drive ramp for AEs and BDRs, and codify best practices for field

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales, or RevOps with ownership of enablement programs end to end.
• Strong content development and live facilitation skills for diverse seller audiences.
• Experience building AI agents or apps to drive seller or operational productivity (engineering degree not required).
• Excellent program and process management with repeatable workflows from scratch.
• Ability to elicit knowledge from busy SMEs and turn it into structured content.
• Comfort with knowledge/content/data as structured systems (taxonomy, governance, quality).
• Proven ability to enable technical sellers to sell to technical buyers.
• Trusted cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Thrives in ambiguity, high ownership, and fast growth startup pace.
• Willing to travel ~15–20% for onboarding and offsites.

Responsibilities

• Own our knowledge as a data product by auditing, governing, and standardizing GTM knowledge.
• Industrialize the GTM Tutor App to train and coach sellers on GTM topics.
• Build a cross-functional content engine with Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales.
• Deliver core enablement programs through live and virtual sessions and role-based ramp.
• Codify best practices from customer engagements into repeatable plays and content.
• Shape forward-looking agentic enablement with AI agents that lift AE efficiency.
