Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a strategic and hands-on GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. This contract-to-hire role partners with GTM leaders to build world-class teams that can scale Fireworks' platform to market.

You'll explore AI-powered recruiting tools, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop pipelines with speed and quality while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in fast-growing environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships.
• Partner with founders, hiring managers and senior GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills to identify top GTM talent.
• Experience scaling GTM teams at startups or hypergrowth, in AI, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with compensation structures and equity benchmarking in early-stage startups.
• Hands-on with AI recruiting tools and enthusiasm for automation and workflows.
• Experience with Talent Operations to optimize tools, systems and processes.
• Passion for AI industry and curiosity to improve recruiting with innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruitment across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships, and related roles.
• Partner with GTM leaders to understand needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines and market maps for current and future needs.
• Proactively source and engage high-caliber GTM talent through direct outreach and AI-powered platforms.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and other People functions to align role design and market intelligence.
• Champion AI-native recruiting practices and optimize operations for scalability and inclusion.
