Job summary

Discern is seeking a GTM-focused professional to drive data-led growth at scale, reporting to the CRO and collaborating with the go-to-market team. The role emphasizes delivering outbound results, automating workflows, and building robust systems to support rapid expansion.

You will own email deliverability, refine data signals, and help shape the GTM strategy as the company moves upmarket. Ideal candidates have a builder mindset and thrive in ambiguous, high-ownership environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM operations, growth, or GTM engineering.
• Hands-on experience with outbound at volume and deliverability.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting (JavaScript or Python).
• Automates manual work and builds sturdy, reliable systems.
• Curious about niche spaces like entity compliance and comfortable with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Find signals in data using state filings, franchise tax data, regulatory filings, and licensing databases to refine scoring.
• Own email infrastructure and deliverability: domains, mailboxes, authentication, warmup, inbox placement; scale volume while improving placement.
• Build and harden sales systems: keep CRM, automations, and prospecting tools reliable and extensible.
• Turn organic traffic into pipeline: strengthen analytics, attribution, and lead routing for high-intent visitors.
• Go beyond the core: push AI-native workflows, support GTM strategy as the company grows.
