Job summary

Discern Inc. is building a modern compliance platform serving US entity management. We seek a GTM operations professional to scale outbound programs in a fast-moving, venture-backed team.

You will own email infrastructure, deliverability, and scalable sales systems to convert organic traffic into pipeline, while using SQL and scripting to automate reporting and derive insights across US jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM operations, growth, or GTM engineering.
• Deep experience with deliverability and running outbound at volume.
• Comfortable with SQL and scripting, and a builder who automates and reports honestly.

Responsibilities

• Find signals in data to identify companies with compliance needs and refine scoring.
• Own email infrastructure, deliverability, and safe scaling of outbound volume.
• Build and harden sales systems and turn organic traffic into pipeline.
