Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or sales operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in building outbound automation sequences.

Responsibilities

• Own Zoho CRM configuration and maintain data integrity.
• Build and manage sequenced outreach campaigns.
• Instrument KPI analytics including rate and stage velocity.
