Job summary

Flow Engineering is seeking a GTM Engineer to own and optimize the systems behind how we find, win, and grow customers in aerospace, defense, automotive, and related sectors. You will bridge sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership, automating workflows and turning pipeline data into trusted insights.

You will design the data model, forecasting, and dashboards, while ensuring clean, consistent data across tools. A strong background in revenue operations and scripting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, sales operations, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience administering a CRM and building automations across a GTM stack.
• Ability to write code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, SQL) to connect systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with sellers in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Comfort with owning and supporting custom systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and analytics tools and their integrations.
• Build automated workflows for prospecting, lead routing, enrichment, and account research using APIs and AI tools.
• Design and maintain pipeline structure, deal stages, and data model to reflect business realities.
• Create dashboards and reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales cycle, and expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to identify friction and implement tooling changes.
• Support planning such as territory segmentation, target lists, and quota modeling as the team grows.
• Keep data clean and deduplicated with clear record ownership across systems.
