Job summary

Tensec Holdings Limited. is seeking a skilled RevOps/ GTM engineer to build and optimize the outbound system that finds, qualifies, and engages customers across Brazil and Mexico.

You will design the core engine, collaborate with growth marketing and country teams, and own the revenue data modeling to drive scale and efficiency. You will be the first dedicated engineer in this GTM initiative, reporting to the Global Head of GTM, and working closely with teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico in

Qualifications

• Built systems that work and scale in revenue environments.
• Experience building tools for sales teams and driving adoption.
• Experience deploying models or automation in production with fintech/regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound engine with lists, scoring, sending infrastructure and pipeline ownership.
• Develop the sales execution layer—briefs, transcripts, CRM integration, and post-call updates.
• Design the data foundation: revenue data models, lifecycle stages, deduplication, and dashboards for leadership.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions for stack, replacing when needed and keeping when advantageous.
• Collaborate with compliance to operate across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
