Job summary

Sainapse in San Francisco on-site is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the customer-acquisition system with agents, data, and experiments. You'll work directly with founders as the first GTM engineering hire to shape workflows and drive qualified demos.

You will own end-to-end delivery: ICP, data enrichment, messaging sequences, and a performance-focused website. Expect interaction with product, marketing, and sales; travel occasional.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience; credentials aren’t the main driver.
• Show baseline, timeframe, result, and your personal contribution.
• Ability to build and improve systems using agents, APIs, scripts, data.

Responsibilities

• Build ICP and data-enrichment systems to score fit and prioritize accounts.
• Design and run experiments across outbound, search, content, and paid channels.
• Create a conversion-focused commercial website with marketing collaboration.
• Develop internal Sainapse workflows for scoring and qualification.
