Job summary

Sentra is seeking a founding GTM Engineer to own and Harden production revenue systems, driving adoption and scalable analytics. You will work on CRM-to-warehouse data sync, enrichment and scoring, and forecasting within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.

You will shape the revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal, partnering with sales and marketing to reduce leakage and improve decisions. You will apply Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and API skills, leverage agentic coding tools, and mentor

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, rev ops, marketing ops or sales systems at a B2B SaaS co., ideally high-growth ($10M–$100M ARR).
• Proficient in scripting (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and API work.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: object model, flows, security; sensible formula vs automation decisions.
• Enterprise marketing automation experience; Marketo preferred; Pardot/Eloqua acceptable.
• Data fluency with joins, window functions, version control and CI.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance revenue data platform, AI automations, and workflows (CRM-to-warehouse, enrichment, scoring, forecasting).
• Own end-to-end revenue lifecycle systems from first touch to renewal and expansion.
• Create analytics infrastructure; ensure numbers are versioned and justified.
