Job summary

Tensec in Palo Alto is hiring a Senior Go-to-Market Engineer to build the outbound engine, sales execution layer, and data foundations for revenue growth across Brazil and Mexico. This is the first dedicated engineer for GTM, reporting to the Global Head of GTM and collaborating with growth marketing, engineering, and country teams.

Qualifications

• You have built things that work and keep working in production environments.
• You've shipped revenue-facing tools used by a sales team and monitor their performance.
• You know how to move a concept from a demo to a production-ready fintech solution.
• You understand how cold emails reach an inbox and what breaks in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop the outbound engine to find and engage customers and ensure deliverability.
• Build the sales execution layer with CRM-driven transcripts and clean records.
• Design the data model for revenue and pipeline reporting used by leadership.
• Decide on build vs. buy for the stack and replace where vendor solutions don’t fit.
• Collaborate with compliance to operate across multiple regulated markets.
