• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, scripts and automation tools.
• Configure and test workflows with representative customer examples and handle failures gracefully.
• Support rollout with users, explain the workflow and address sticking points.
• Investigate delivery issues, reproduce problems and own the resolution.
• Document configurations, steps and limitations and feed back to product.
