Job summary

Digital Waffle in New York is seeking mid to senior GTM Engineers to build their outbound engine from the ground up and own the systems that find, reach and convert buyers. These are hands-on roles with real ownership: design signal-based outbound, automate workflows, manage deliverability, and connect data into HubSpot or Salesforce to drive measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

2+ years in GTM engineering, growth, RevOps or technical outbound.
Hands-on experience with Clay, plus comfort with automation tools like n8n or Make.
Comfort with SQL, Python or APIs for advanced workflows.
Solid grasp of deliverability: sending domains, warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
Measurable results in meetings booked, pipeline generated, and reply rates.
Ability to own the stack end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Build signal-based outbound around funding, hiring, job changes and website visits.
Design Clay tables and waterfall enrichment that hold up under volume.
Automate workflows in n8n, Make or code where needed.
Use AI to research accounts and personalise messaging at scale without templated noise.
Own sending domains, warm-up and deliverability so volume doesn’t hurt replies.
Sync data into HubSpot or Salesforce with reliable downstream data.
Track what works, kill what doesn’t and iterate for pipeline impact.
Partner with founders and sales leaders on strategy and prioritisation.
