Job summary

Kya is looking for its first GTM Engineer to own the technical backbone of how we go to market. You’ll design, ship, and operate end-to-end GTM workflows, leveraging AI agents to scale sourcing, enrichment, and outreach.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product, building the data foundations, dashboards, and integrations that drive pipeline growth without proportional headcount. This is a hands-on, builder role in a fast-moving AI startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Growth/GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops.
• Hands-on fluency with the GTM stack and data integration.
• Wiring LLMs into workflows and building small agents.
• Commercial literacy and independent, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, ship, and operate end-to-end GTM workflows across the funnel.
• Build AI agents using Kya platform and LLM APIs for GTM work.
• Own GTM tech stack and data flows, CRM architecture, integrations.
• Stand up dashboards for pipeline health, CAC/LTV, attribution.
• Bridge Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with handoff logic.
• Run Kya on Kya and turn feedback into product improvements.
